17 ppg, 4 rpg, 3 apg on 43%, 32%, 83%....is that a success?

That's arguably the a top 5 shooting guard in the league (sadly) behind Harden, Klay and whoever else is vying for 3-5.

SG is the weakest position in the NBA, unfortunately Harden is the standard.

Not if he doesn't play better defensively, also how many games are you expecting him out there for? He hasn't shown he can stay healthy the last few years. Hopefully he pulls it off but I'm not sure that'll happen.
