I've been lurking, just not posting so much. Only happened cause it was offseason, and nothing much was going on. Milbuck probably hasn't been posting for the same reason. Also, I remember reading a post where he said he's been busy.

Mudiay looked solid. Obviously as a rookie he will make mistakes but I was quite pleased with his game overall tonight.

To an extent, yes. Guys aren't really playing to win those games, it's more about teams learning to run their offensive sets and giving new guys the chance to prove themselves against NBA competition, but some vets do try. Kobe in 2013 dropped like 25 points in a quarter in a pre-season game :oldlol:

Agree with you on this. I was so iffy on Russell coming out of the draft due to his inability to drive with his right and the level of competition he faced in college at times. I saw someone say he's a ocmbo of Manu Ginobli and Jeremy Lin. I kind of agree with that.

If Mudiay develops a respectable jumper, dude can be a bigger Wall with less explosion but arguably better court vision at this stage of their careers. I remember reading somewhere that if Mudiay had Russell's jumpshot, he probably would have gone top 2 and would have by far the largest ceiling in the draft.

Mudiay is like a young Jason Kidd, that's how I see him. I see more Kidd in his game than Wall personally.

I truly think youre a moron if you think Lakers aren't coming back soon. Mudiay has a much higher bust potential than D'Angelo. An athletic PG who can't shoot, jeez so many of them have succeeded. It is much easier for Russel to figure his shit out than someone who has to rework his whole shooting form. Yeah JKidd is an example, youre talking about 1 in a million basically.
