I have said it before and I'll say it again Wiggins ceiling is peak TMAC on Offense with peak Pippen's Defense.

He looked solid in these highlights. I still don't see a kobe/tmac ceiling though. He doesn't look like he'll ever be a team's primary ballhandler and still doesn't look too creative off the dribble. Still think he'll be at least a repeat allstar.

Kid still looks raw as f*ck too. His jumper is there as is the step back, the stop on a dime, the spin and the post up, so he has a lot to go with elite athleticism at 20 years old but once he smooths the rest out...we might not have seen this before.

These FIBA tournaments (the qualifiers and the Tuto Marchand Cup), forcing him to be a leader against guys much older and much more experienced is really a great learning tool, it hasn't been since the college kids played in the Olympics that a 20 y.o. was force to lead a team in international play.

This kid is going to make a nice leap this summer, and might even push for an all star bid this season if the chips fall right.

I don't know how his career will go… but like TMac he's a natural.

The things he has - size, athleticism, talent, instincts… you just can't teach.

You can see he's starting to come to terms with his inner beast. It could take time, and he could take a wrong turn somewhere, but the raw "superpowers" are there.
