The only thing Webber is better at is passing, and even that is barely if anything considering Blake plays with one of the best passing guards ever. Griffin himself is probably one of the best passers ever outside the guard position, right up there with Webber himself.

Webber wasn't some beast of a shooter either. He was poor from the line, much like Blake.

Regardless of their shooting and all other things, they give you similar production, Blake is the better rebounder and scorer, similar passers, and at the end of the day, Blake is far more dynamic than Webber ever was. Look at the guys ball handling. He crossed the hell out of Tony Parker on one play in the San Antonio series. Look at his athleticism.

He is just a more versatile and dynamic player, while giving you equal to better production.
