View Full Version : KD is gone. No playoffs is the final straw

He's teaming up with Wall in Washington.

Book it.

OKC franchise will sink into a regular lottery team in 5 years.

I mean, who wants to live and play there? They will have trouble attracting free agents without KD there and Westbrook who will likely go too.

He'd fit in much better in Atlanta and probably be much more successful in Atlanta.

Durant's contract year is next year not this one. You really think they wont have a deep run next year?

He didn't grow up in Atlanta though

They're 2 games back and are a lock to make the playoffs.

They'll likely go on to win the championship despite dumbass owners and a terrible coaching staff.

Durant will be regarded as the GOAT after this year too.

He has too many close friends who live here and have things going on. He has too many connections with the community. You know nothing about Durant and are basing this thread on meaningless rumors.

Durant isn't LeBron and he's not jumping ship. Time for you people to realize that. I'm never wrong about anything. If I say he's staying, then he's staying. Period.

I reckon Westbrook, Durant, and Harden want to live and play there together and try and create something very special. It's unlikely a team makes 3 picks in a row like that for a very long time.

Oh...

Why are you always spacing sentences

like

this? Looks retarded. :oldlol:

Anyway, the ONLY way I see KD leaving OKC is if they disappoint next season (the last year left on his contract)

I wouldn't say that. Phoenix and New Orleans are going to be winning more games than not hereonin.

OKC have had chemistry issues since waiters arrived, not the same team that's been at the top of Western conference for the last few years...

Better than getting shot or mugged in that shithole they call DC.

Plus OKC weather > Washington.

Tornadoes aren't even scary. We have shelters.

I think they will make the playoffs. But if they don't Brooks will likely go which might be the best thing that could happen to OKC.

I'm glad you ask.

For ease of reading. People don't like reading cramped up sentences/paragraphs.

For OKC's future, this could be a big one. If Brooks gets fired and someone competent comes in, next year could turn that franchise around.

It would have to be a real structural flaw for him to leave.

Anyone who could implement some kind of non-iso offence. With KD and Russ could be truly devastating.

Dude come on. This is a team that wins about 60 games when healthy. You don't think a healthy OKC will go something like 28-10 while Phoenix/NOP go like 23-15?
