As I stated in an earlier post, I think this is the beginning stages of Lebron James decline (depleted althetism is evident) could be due to injury's.

Nobody gets better after their 12th season, I don't see him winning any more MVP's. Who thinks he will?

I don't think so. But I didn't think he'd win another one after 2011 either.

I dun like his chance without David Stern

Yes

He's 2nd in the league in scoring. He's averaging 26 ppg on 49.3 FG%, 7.4 apg, and 6 apg.

It's still possible, though less likely than most people thought before this season.

If the Cavs improve their coaching and teamplay, they could win 60 games next year, which would make Lebron a top MVP candidate.

It's not like he needs anymore MVPs though, he already has as many as Shaq, Kobe and Duncan combined.

Yes, you are an idiot in case you were still wondering.

I don't think so. He's been readjusting his game for years and next readjustments won't allow him to compete for MVP, but championships.

hmmm maybe he wins one more.

If the cavs win over 50 games this season, he's got a chance. It will be tough though. I think he's gonna win one before he retires.

Nah, Lebron isn't winning this season, even if the Cavs do get 50 wins. The reason is pretty simple, he hasn't been that great, and the Warriors will win 60+ ...

Yeah you got a point. Although, I can see the media hyping mvp bron if the cavs somehow string a 20 game winning streak though. :oldlol:

Next 3 years his window is open, after that will be tough.

The problem is fans & the media seem to have 'moved on' from treating his MVP candidacy objectively.

I mean just look at this year... 26/6/8 22-12 record vs 1-8 without... Let's be honest, he's having one of his least impressive seasons in years, but he is still better and more impactful than James Harden RIGHT NOW.

I think his chance for this season is actually pretty good as we speak - only thing holding him back is shittiness of Cavs record due to his absence.

Not really, his athletiscism has come back since the 1 and half week of rest.

No, unless he puts up the best numbers in the league and gets the best record.

Nope. He isn't going to win another ring either.

The accolades that LeBron has collected thus far are essentially what he's going to retire with.

Very impressive. Top 20 for sure, maybe even top 15 all-time when all is said and done. :applause:

we're all witnessing an all time great. I am very blessed to be watching a future hall of famer, a top 20 all time player playing right now.

As a huge LeBron fan, I don't think so. He visibly left his prime before his eyes. A non-prime LeBron is still a top 5 player in the league, but there are players getting better and better each year, and his team isn't the best in his conference and doesn't look like it will be for a long time.

The King's reign is over, but it was quite a great run! :applause:

I don't think so, not this year definitely. If the Cavs are much better next year he might have a shot though.

It's better then it was, but not the same as it use to be before this season.

Cavaliers record without Lebron gives him a good chance, but without Harden, the Rockets would be on par of being terrible, and he doesn't have a player that can score 30 every other game (Kyrie).

Harden has been leading a cast of misfits, including Dwight Croward in the tough tough West, beating the top teams in the process. He deserves the MVP and the media is behind him.

Curry can't win it because Thompson is too good and even without Curry that team is top 6 in the West, the rockets? Maybe #1 pick bound.

Lebron has a very small chance this year and for that he would have to avg 27-7-7 for rest of the season while getting cavs to 55 wins at least. That would mean going 31-7 for rest of the season which is tough but not impossible. He would also need klay to keep playing on a good level to take away some votes from curry.

:oldlol:

Come on bro, Bron is still clearly better. He's having an off year and he's still better:

26 ppg, 7 apg, 6 rpg? v.s. 23 ppg, 8 apg?
