What game do you regret not finishing because you thought it was clear who the winner was?

Mine would be Nate Robinson leading the Bulls to a W after being down 10 late in the fourth quarter... I thought the nets had it in the bag... And stopped watching in the fourth...

1992 Finals game 1.

I left for an awards ceremony. On the way, the radio said the Bulls were up by 18 points. :facepalm

Once I got back, my little sister had this ashen face. Said MJ broke a record.

:facepalm

It wasn't because it was a blowout or anything, but I watched the first quarter of kobe's 81 point game, and decided to go to sleep (I'm on the east coast) since it didn't get interesting yet. :facepalm Woke the next morning and before I saw any scores or highlights friends were going nuts about what had happened and I was pissed I missed the live show.

Never done it...too many times with the Spurs it's not over til it's over. Was at GS G1 last year...down 17 with under 4 mins, came back to win in 2 OT. Was at the Dirk And-1 game...Spurs getting blown out and came back to force OT. Was at the 0.4 game...unfortunately.

I have never left a game until the final buzzer. Whether the Clippers were down by 30 with 2 seconds left, or not. I stayed until the final buzz

no pun intended

Never done it...too many times with the Spurs it's not over til it's over. Was at GS G1 last year...down 17 with under 4 mins, came back to win in 2 OT. LOTS of people left that one...I would say almost half if not more. Was at the Dirk And-1 game...Spurs getting blown out and came back to force OT. Was at the 0.4 game...unfortunately.

The one game I regret missing live (was on the road and couldn't get it on the radio) was Spurs/Suns 2008 G1. Finley hits the game-tying 3 to force overtime. Duncan hits the game-tying 3 to force 2 OT. Ginobili hits the game winner to win it. Really wish I could have seen that one live.

I didn't :facepalm
The two loudest-arena moments in Spurs history (arguably) were Duncan's shot over Shaq to set up 0.4 and Ginobili's go-ahead 3 in G7 before the Dirk And-1. Possibly the memorial-day miracle as well.

I bet everyone who left early at the "13 points 33 seconds" game really regret leaving
