Wow, how far Anthony Randolph has fallen. He was the main piece Knicks got when they sign-and-traded David Lee to Warriors.

Randolph only makes $1.8 million and it takes TWO 2nd round picks for someone to take his contract AND he's going to be waived.

Just wow.....

The Hawks at minimum.
We could use a reserve big.

iirc, the former Warriors GM wouldn't trade Randolph unless he was getting a proven allstar player in return.

I guess that's how people lose their jobs.

the kings have said theyre looking for either a stretch big (randolph) or a shot blocking big

so maybe they take a chance here. suns might be interesting too. he can replace frye off the bench now that morris will be starting.

He is useless, guys. After 6 years in the league there is no potential anymore.

What's with Jameer though, any news on him? Miami? I thought he could have gone to Detroit to join SVG but now that they got DJ, could he end up in Chicago?

are jameer and dwight still friends? or did he go down that mo williams/lebron path? cause jameer to HOU might work with their depleted PG position.

I don't think they are. Dwight threw him and the rest of his teammated under the bus when he left and Jameer called him out for it. Not sure if they talked things through since.

I hadn't thought of Houston as destination for him, it makes sense for him, I imagine he is looking to get more than the minimum though, not sure how realistic it is for him to get that on a winning team.

Yeah Randolph is awful. Nugget finally dumped him to Chicago in that draft day trade and looks like Chicago is dumping him again :lol

I guess he didn't get much of a chance but whenever he did play he looked like a scrub. He tried/or Denver did with shooting the 3 this year and that failed too. I had some hope when we picked him up but did nothing.

Jameer hates Dwight. Don't know if he'd get over it and go to Houston but the last I heard he still didn't like him. Jameer more than any one else was pissed with Dwight because he kept acting like they were best friends (which they were) while trying to get him kicked off the team and started publicly saying they needed to upgrade the point position.

2009 Summer League Stats (http://www.nba.com/summerleague2009/statistics/index.jsp)

Randolph's efforts first began to reward him in 2009 Summer League where he began to dominate consistently and was referred to by various sportswriters as being the best talent in the entire Summer League. Among other highlights, including a then-Summer League record tying 42-point explosion in game four against the Chicago Bulls.

Randolph was invited to attend the USA Basketball Men's National Team mini-camp following his dominant Summer League performance. Though many believed Randolph was a lock to win Summer League MVP, the honor was given to 2009 first overall pick Blake Griffin.

Too bad Lamar Odom took the whole Anthony Randolph being Odom 2.0 to heart and squatted him making him cry. That probably was the point of no return in Randolph touching his potential. Kind of messed up of Odom tbh.
