while I think Napier isn't going to be very good he should still be a serviceable player and with where miami picked him he's a decent pick up. It's not as if they took a reach for him, it was a bigger issue when Dwight left orlando with big baby, turkoglu and arenas's contract who were names off the list he gave to Otis.

In all seriousness, the heat couldve used a rotation player in the draft. With chalmers back, looks like napier will ride the pine.

He's a late 1st round pick. If he can even be a decent rotation player then that's a win for Miami. I don't think anyone is ever expecting him to be a starter.
