Who you got? I'll go with Julius. Barkley has a slight edge in scoring, Randle is the better rebounder, passer and also much better defender.

I don't watch much college ball, how is he defensively? If he's legit on that end, I'll feel much, much better about the pick.

We need more two-way players.

Love Randle, but he's simply not going to be able to guard the Griffins, Aldridges, Loves, etc...

Too small.

Is he quick enough to guard SFs?

He's okay on the defensive end. Any deficiencies he has on the defensive end are more related to his physical attributes (average wingspan) rather than attitude or effort.

Vonleh is a better defensive player but Randle shits on most players not named Wiggins, Parker and maybe Embiid, offensively.

In all fairness, there is really only a handful of players that can guard them. We will have to wait and see.

What's Randle's offensive game? If he's skilled in the post, I'm definitely a fan.

he's quick enough to take most big guys off the dribble but i don't think he should be guarding SFs

Very happy. :D

He'll figure it out defensively I'm sure. Or we'll find a nice 5 to play alongside him who can protect the rim and guard tall jumpshooters.

Imagine him and Hill as the starters. That rebounding........

i wouldn't play them together, we need a center who can block shots or is a good help defender

Sign Ariza (three point shooting and excellent perimeter defense)
Resign Hill (great rebounder and solid defender, brings great energy of the bench)

I'd take a look at Greg Monroe but I'm pretty hesitant about having two dominant post players on the court unless you plan on bringing Randle of the bench.

Definitely take a look at Bledsoe. Another good perimeter defender and combo guard.

Although I wouldn't be comfortable with throwing the max at anyone except for maybe Carmelo and Lebron (long shot, I know).

The 2015 free agent class will be very good. I'd be looking at the likes of Rondo, Love, Leonard, Irving, Marc Gasol.
