If the friendship can survive Lebron's performance in the 2011 finals, it can survive everything.

Has Bron ever won a championship without D-Wade? Has D-Wade ever won a championship without Lebron?

Stop and think for a moment, OP. Who is doing the charity here? Who has been sacrificing their sanity, health, and legacy in order to carry someone who was not so long ago a national laughingstock for being ringless?

If Lebron leaves Miami, that pretty much cements him as number 1 on the WOAT Teammate/Best Friend list. Nobody on ISH would argue that Lebron finally surpassed Kobe when it comes to that.

:wtf:

Dwyane Wade came to LeBron and basically said "This is your team now, you lead us."

He relinquished his alpha dog status and let LeBron take the reigns. One of the great unselfish acts from a superstar in NBA History. He stepped up in several series (Pacers 2012, OKC 2012, Spurs 2013, Pacers 2014). A bad performance doesn't diminish 11 years of friendship.

Lebron turned his back on someone before, and I believe he will do tha same in tha future. This despicable bromance might end.

It's 2014. The Finals just finished, and Wade looks like his body finally gave in after years of putting it all out on the court for Miami. Naturally people are prisoners of the moment. They see Lebron James completely unwilling to take shots- almost oblivious to the fact that the Spurs are sending all their toughest and biggest enforcers to attempt to contain Wade and Bosh. Lebron sees the sombreros and morbidly obese Texans in the crowd and thinks he's in Dallas again.

Context is everything. The Box score is deceiving as hell. In the years leading up to the summer of 2010, Flash was one of the most explosive and exciting players to watch in the league. Despite surely knowing of the futility of his efforts, every night he wore the Heat uniform, he gave the Miami crowd damn good basketball at an individual level. He wasn't given much attention by the national media- E!SPN was cashing in on Lebron and Kobe's triumphs and failures (and of course, undermining the Spurs achievements in the process). A few years into the league, Dwyane Wade already established himself as the most beloved athlete in Miami since Dan Marino and brought the city its first NBA title. Lebron, who was always more hyped, never lived up to his promise to Cleveland.

So what does Wade do? After seeing the most scrutinized NBA player of our generation on a downward spiral, he extends a warm hand. Wade impressed all at the Beijing Olympics, and he was undoubtedly the most successful of his draft mates. Some call the following events "collusion" but these are the same people that read Ayn Rand, vote libertarian, all while being on welfare themselves. No morals, no sense of duty for the community and your fellow man. Wade isn't like that. You don't watch those NBA cares commercials? Wade wanted to help his draftmates the same way that these millionaire athletes help tornado victims and visit terminally ill children. He gave it his all. And Lebron stans hate him for it.

Dwyane Wade is a basketball saint. A basketball hero. A legend.

RIP to this fallen soldier. He had a great run.

Are you serious dude? This must be a troll post. Bron has been carrying the team all season while your boy sits out for weeks at a time every time he so much as gets a paper cut. Wade hasn't sacrificed shit! He gave the team to Lebron cause he knew he wasn't healthy enough to lead them to another ring. You Wade stans have lost your minds. :facepalm
Guess that is what happens when you realize your favorite player is now a washed up has been.

best friends as in their family knows each other and send holiday greeting cards to one another?

who knows, everyones got their own sh*t to take care of.

they probably will at least speak highly of one another when being asked by the media/friends/family members.

unless Wade truly blames Lebron for this finals loss and he himself wanted to win it.

Shit, Kobe's entire extended family must be on ISH then. Cousins twiced removed and everything. Jeff was serious when he said that this is the GOAT basketball forum

Hopefully not. I don't get how would somebody voluntarily become Dwyane "piece of shitcake" Wade's friend

Wade was a big part in getting bran his 2 rings. Be a little more thankful, otherwise he would still be known as a choking mental midget. Wade saved the Heat's season last year against the Spurs in game 4, Heat were down 2-1 and he lit up the Spurs. Ray Allen gets all the credit, but it was Wade who originally saved the Heat and took matters into his own hands.

At least no Wade stans are blaming bran for Wade's struggles, like pauk was doing with Wade in 2011.

Branstans are entitled individuals for some reason. Bran doesn't deserve shit.

lmao @ Bron stans and their epic meltdowns. It's just basketball man; Lebron losing hasn't actually affected your life in any tangible way, your life isn't over now Bron can never surpass MJ.

Get a grip, son.

I'm not the one melting down, losing his shit and abusing guys on the team he supposedly supports because they had one bad series. Basically, desperately bashing the guy largely responsible (along with Riley) for making Miami a relevant basketball franchise, in the hope it might prop up your god and idol Lebron James.

You've only proven my point in your post by saying that 2012 top-10 player D-Wade was 'done' - let me tell you something buddy: Miami don't even get past Indiana in 2012 without that remarkable performance from Wade, and here you are declaring he was 'done' then. One would think Lebron got to 4 straight finals all on his lonesome the way you talk. Basketball fans like you who support the player and not the team should really be wiped from the face of the earth; it would be a much nicer place without you, and people would be a lot more logical. Would be good.
