I have Hakeem overtaking him now as well. Good list.

Hakeem won as many rings and didn't lose 3 Finals series, nor colluded with 2 other all-stars to get it. He had a stint with Pippen and Barkley, but they were all old and it added nothing to his accolades.

Lebron's nowhere near a top 10 list bud, it's Tim Duncan that's causing all the shuffle.

Shaq had the better peak and prime , but the fact Kobe won two more without him gives him the edge imo.

Plus Duncan will get his 5th this year, so Shaq slides since that was his biggest rival. Kobe always destroyed the Spurs , who Shaq tended to struggle against.

Was this ever questionable?

Also, Lebron will be there (in the top 10) after his career ends, titles or no titles. Let's be serious.

Though the Top 10 should more be like a Top 15.

There are at least 15 players out there deserving of a Top 10 selection.

How in the world.... You have Duncan above Kareem? And Wilt? And Magic? Fine, put him above Bird, but the others I can't see it. That puts him around 6 or 7, battling it out with Kobe, Shaq and Bird. Not top 5, let alone top three. I know you're excited, but try to stay grounded lol.

His timing sucks.

Timing? When the game is out of hand? Haha... When do you think his 28 points @ 59% FG should have come for it to make a difference then? 28 points is still 28 points... You think if he scored all his 28 points in the 1st quarter Spurs would be mentally dismantled to score less than they did and Wade/Bosh would shoot higher than 30%FG, play better defense and so on to the point where Heat win.... despite Lebron not scoring a single basket since then?

I know you dont like Lebron for some still unexplainable reason, but letting that indoctrinate your judgement, logic, intelligence and basketball knowledge is not healthy for you or your respectability on ISH....

I think if he loses another finals(after this one) he drops out of 10. Another ring props him back up to 10. If he wins this year he bumps Duncan down and Shaq...to number 10, and Hakeem off the list. Something like that, I'd have to think about it. What does Lebron losing do to Hakeem's placement?Does Hakeem go back to 10 or does Lebron say at 10 even with a loss?

IMO, unless LeBron has another 2011 finals type series or just seriously underperforms I see no reason to drop him out of the top 10. First finals his team had no chance and I commend him for leading his team there. 2011 is a HUGE stain on his legacy. This year he's simply losing to a better team that's playing some of the best team ball ever. Yes, he could've done a bit more for a couple stretches here or there, but the bottom line is San Antonio have played near perfect basketball the past 2 games and are incredibly well run and have an amazing system.

So it's likely that Hakeem will be cemented as my #11 player, Kobe as my #9 player, and Duncan might move up...
