What about that play when Lebron was about to drive and Kawahi was able to recover from the misdirection that Lebron tried to fake him with? That was great defense, man. I think it was around 3rd or 4th quarter.

Nothing against Kawhi, I love the kid, but some of those highlights were really all about team defence when it comes down to it.
I'm so tired of the current obsession with focusing on narratives of individual players, even when the real star on display is a team working together.

I didn't watch the vid, but by watching the game, I see him as a great team defender and just a good man-on-man defender with active hands and long arms. And his effort is always there. He doesn't jump off the screen when it comes down to lock-down defense like I see a Tony Allen.

LeBron* with the slowest first step ive ever seen from someone who bandwagon fans claim to be better than MJ. This dude has more than just one type of kryptonite.

not just his defence on lebron. his defence all over the floor tonight was a game changer. forced a couple of jump balls, lots of strips, changing shots. he's got some of the best tools for defence and he used them last night.

if he can play lebron this tight and not be worn down by the end of the series my hat is off to him, otherwise this is just one great game that no one will remember

Loved Pop at the end of that. I bet he has been waiting for this type of game all series. He knows Leonard is the Future of the franchise. Start it now.

That was absurd when he beat Bran to the spot at about :30, that should not happen.
