Don't really see any one beating them, assuming they keep this level of play.

With the way all 4 teams still left are playing, San Antonio is definitely the favorite.

But I'm sure we'll hear that "defending champs are always the favorites" crap.

Probably. Depends how long each series last.

I'd put my money on them over the Heat tbh.

They are beating everyone. No way anyone beats them this year. Only drama is who their Finals opponent will be.

OKC are the favourites.

No excuses.

out of all the teams. spurs has probably made a big leap in terms of their bench compared to last year.. with additions of mills/bello

A couple of years ago you used to hate hard on the spurs.. I remember ... I noticed this year you seem to have "slightly" more respect for them. Why?

Spurs are playing amazing basketball. Have a hard time seeing any of these remaining teams taking them down if they keep up their current level of play.

everyone else has been inconsistent at best, playing very poorly at times. Really looks like their year.

They used to be super boring. They switched to a more run and gun, corner three or layup, not centered around Tim Duncan/Tony Parker type offense.

I'm not a fan, but they're winning this year, hands down.

It's too early to tell, Did you believe that the Spurs were going to win when they were up 10 heading into the 4th quarter or up 5 with 28 seconds left? There are a lot of variables in this game to make bold predictions.

Sure they probably have the best shot at the moment given the way they are playing, but basketball is a fickle game.

I didn't think they had any chance last season. Miracle that they got so close.

They are so superior to every other team this season that it won't be close.

What doesn't work like what?

They are better this year than they were last year. The Heat are worse this year than they were last year. Spurs clearly will win.

The slate is cleaned before the finals, it starts 0-0, and I don't necessarily agree that the Heat are worse than they were last year. Ill use the prime example of the Heat winning 66 games in the regular season and then struggling through the playoffs.

With your argument there would be no need for ingame adjustment or the like as it's already set in stone, these two teams are quite evenly matched.

Maybe you have a reason for believing that the Spurs will win a series against Miami if they indeed play each other, but spurting out generalities that one team has improved and the other has regressed isn't a valid argument.

Yep, Spurs are the favorites; they have the best record and HCA throughout the playoffs. They came pretty close to winning the title last year, but had to play game 7 on the road.
