What nicknames caught on so well that announcers use them without thinking twice?

I'm not talking about nicknames that they will use intentionally. For example, if an announcer said "Black Mamba" or "King James," that would be a premeditative use of the nickname.

I'm talking about nicknames so commonplace that commentators on national TV will simply say them every bit as much or more than the player's real name.

I'm thinking along the lines of Big Baby. Everyone knows who Big Baby is, and no one even flinches when it's used. It almost sounds more normal than hearing "Glen Davis."
