I remember that epic duel with pierce in game 7

Cavs losses that game, But I think it's one of LBJ's best individual performance. The 2008 were such a good defensive team and they were just better than the Cavs outside of LBJ.

Isn't that the year he averaged 22 pts, 5.75 TO's on 35% FG in the finals?
Meanwhile 23 years old Durant put up 30+ pts on 55% FG in his first finals :applause: :applause: :applause:
Please stop ruining this thread. It's the 2007-08 NBA Season 23 yrs.old Lebron vs. the 2008 Celtics in the 2nd round.
Lebron had a better overall productions than Kobe against the same Celtics team.

Yeah, because Lebron was 1 against 5, but Durant had 3 all-stars on his team, with one of them treaded, because they could not afford or didn't want to keep paying big bucks.
Cavs had.. Larry Hughes...

Wrong year man this was the year after, why you hating though getting there was an accomplishment to be honest
Would have been an accomplishment if there wasn't such a huge drop off. If he put up a performance like KD did in his first finals at the same age, it wouldn't have been a big deal.

his birthday is in late December I believe so he was still 22
Yup. Lebron was just 23 yrs.old, and 4 months at the end of the 2007-08 NAB Season.
If you use that logic Durant was 24 yrs.old in 2012 because he was born in 1988.

Well that's your opinion I guess he still had that great game against the pistons and played well up to the finals.

It's one of my favorite Non MVP season from Lebron. He's the same age as the current Paul George. and people are calling George as a legit MVP candidate with his current statsline. 22.8 ppg, 6.4 rpg, and 3.4 apg.

His NBA career went down hill after he suffered a major injury. He was still an ALL NBA second team back in 2007.

No one is calling George an MVP candidate. Durant is running away with the award this year.

He'll likely finish top 5 in the NBA MVP voting . Dude was already surrounded by great players, and a great coaching staff. Let's see if George can elevate his game in the playoffs this year. Commentators and Journalist are already calling him as an NBA Superstar.

No, when I said "not even the same years" I was talking about the pics you posted. The first was from the 2007 finals and the second was from the 2005 finals.

When you talk about LeBron's performance in 2007 and then you say "this is what happened" and show a pic of SAS celebrating the 2005 championship, yeah, it's important.
