View Full Version : Would you rather have a 52pt triple double or a 62pt game with 0 assists???

GoranDragon

Player A: 52pt 11ast 10reb

Player B: 62pt 0ast 13reb

Which player would you choose?

For me, NO QUESTION I go with the more dominant triple double. Having 11ast also equates to adding 22pt making it a 74pt contribution to the team.

Player A for me.

Since the 52 point triple double never happened we don't know. I believe Larry Bird was the closest to it.

And I would take 62, if you are hot you're not supposed to pass, if you're passing when you're that hot, you're detrimental to the team = selfish.

Larry Bird in 1992 as a shell vs the Blazers: 49 points, 14 rebounds, 12 assists

If you're going with fictional stuff why not go for 60 points triple-double? Poor Melo though, having to "compete" against a ficitional stat-line.

52 + 20 assists? lol, did somebody actually do this? Thats being accountable for between 40-60 points by way of only assists... + 52 you are looking at 92 - 112 points of the teams boxscore that night which you had a hand on.... not bad..
