Dwight was measured at 6'9" flat back in 2004 at the combine. Since he was coming out of high school, maybe he grew another inch, but I doubt it was a full inch or anything. Not sure why he gets bumped up all the way to 6'11", because his in-shoes height was 6'10.25".

Ralph Sampson was LISTED 7-4. In real life he was only 7-1 . And Dwight is 6-9 maybe a few fractions of an inch taller if he grew since the draft but he clearly didn't grow much if at all since being drafted.
