I still do sometimes to rep my favorite team on the day they're playing. Usually it's football though. I haven't worn any of my Cavaliers jerseys in over a year probably.

I love dark colored jerseys so these are 10/10 to me!

They look like some aau jerseys

I get a euroleague vibe off of them.

I don't mind the black & white color scheme at all but I don't think the design was executed well at all.

Really stupid why everyone loves the color black for jerseys....makes zero sense whatsoever.

I think these types of people are just unimaginitive, lack creativity.

Not everything has to look like a typical business meeting/funeral

So they borrow the court from Boston, and the jerseys from San Antonio.

They should've picked Brown and yellow.

Spurs 2.0

Not horrible but not great either

I understand Jay Z wanted to create a minimalist/clean/old school style, but it looks waaaaay too simple for an NBA uniform. It looks like summer camp jerseys. He's not a designer, leave that job for the pros next time.

They should've picked Brown and yellow.

Spurs 2.0 Brown is a great color if paired with yellow or green.

so ugly.

should have just kept the original red, white and blue.

so ugly.

should have just kept the original red, white and blue.

They needed a new identity...something that would make people feel like they are rooting for something new and something Brooklyn.

If they kept themselves as basically the same team (same logo, same jerseys, etc) they would have zero fans, because the old Nets literally had zero fans outside of North Jersey.

I'm surprised they didn't change their team name from Nets to something else.

I agree with you are saying but I'm just saying they should keep the same color scheme but new design.

These are downright ugly and I expect them to change them again in a couple of years.

Teams with no history or identity go through this kind of crap.

Another red/blue team is the last thing the leaugue needs.

I think they should add a primary color to the mix, other than black/white/grey. Like red.

But I don't think they look any worse than the old ones.

It should've been black, white and GOLD. Would've been beautiful.

And they're smart to maximize the BK move by making everything say Brooklyn instead of NETS.

Gold could work. It might spice it up a bit. Pure gray scale is kind of bland.

Use a harder gold color, add double stripes down the side and now we're talking.

Little bit of gold or blue couldn't hurt. It would make the jersey more distinguished and yall can stop saying they copied the Spurs. And the jerseys ain't ugly. Plain for sure, but not ugly. Ugly is when they try too hard with the design but fails miserably. Jay-Z getting it done with the conservative approach right here.

right, and strangely there is no team in the NBA that has the black, yellow, white color scheme..........pirates in mlb, steelers in nfl, and bruins/pens in nhl have it...........but none in the nba ......kinda strange

i agree, i like the old nets jerseys better. i actually always loved them, thought they were some of the sharpest in the league.

and it depends with the v-neck jerseys. it works well with certain designs and looks bad on some others

I didn't think much of the jersey's before I saw them. They have a real smooth look/feel about them in real time. Maybe because JZ's store is right next to the Nets store in the new stadium, you kind of get a feel for continuity. But the gear as a total unit has a great smooth urban feel. Understated and cool.
