That's the last I heard anyway...no confirmation they were still in, but no confirmation that they were removed either. 2K did say that focusing on the classic teams was fun, but now they wanted to focus more on the current generation of players...so who knows? :confusedshrug:

Looks sweet. Wouldn't make sense for them to remove the classic teams and players...they already have the assets developed, so why not use them?

I saw Chris Mullin at one point though...that's pretty awesome, because Run TMC and the CWebb Kings were pre-order DLC last year.

This is as close to perfect as a basketball game gets. Even the Cheese moves have a way of being countered, though to the casual player it can get frustrating.

Fix online play, association, expand My Player more, and continue to tinker with the gameplay/graphics/sounds, etc. And I'm kind of digging that Madden connected career thing (at least from the premise, haven't picked up the game yet). Something like that for a basketball game would be nice.

they keep getting bird's hair wrong.I know this means nothing for certain, but 2K12 had a few classic player's hair messed up in their trailer. For starters, early 90's Mitch Richmond was bald and ashy. It would have been an easy thing for 2K to ignore but by release, the proper form of Mitch Richmond was present. This was true with a lot of players, for instance even '89 Horace Grant was properly done, without his goggles and whatnot (which is a part of face art in 2K, not an accessory).

Over the years, it has seemed the art is one of the easier portions of 2K to adjust prior to release (as I suppose it has less to do with complicated code and more to do with, well, art). As such, I'm thinking (or hoping) that each of the Dream Teamers get their proper '92 makeover.
