Parker has been abusing everyone this season.

Of course, pretty much every PG in the NBA is an All-Star these days it seems. That's what happens when you create rules that make them untouchable.

hes been on and off all season

It just means CP3 can't play defense to save his life, which is why the guy flops a lot. His defense is so non-existing that Tony Parker had 0 turnover.

NumberSix
02-19-2012, 02:22 AM
Cp3 str8 up lost them that game. Seriously, you run so hard that you fly over the line and you PASS IT to a wide open Gary Neal on the 3-line?

I don't dislike CP3, but I feel obligated to hate the clippers. He's a top 5 PG in the league, but this guy getting overrated hard this season.

Didn't Parker had 42 on Westbrook not too long ago:wtf:

i'd admit that Parker won this matchup today but dude isnt easy to guard.

he also had his way with Jrue ang Kyle Lowry...two other GREAT defensive PGs

Nobody can defend quick PG's anymore. NOBODY.

Grizzlies have great perimeter defenders (Conley and Allen) and Curry and Monta both dropped 30+ tonight on 50%.

CP3 is actually a pretty good defender IMO.

OOOH I LEARNED ABOUT THIS IN SCHOOL!!!! Point guards rule the earth today but before point guards was the age of Centers... But Centers went extinct due to an asteroid impact. They say Centers evolved into smaller Birds, but Birds don't really look like Centers anymore...

My science book also states: In the early days following the Mediar impact, prehistoric birds were in direct competition with point guards to fill the void left by the Centers.

I just watched the highlights...

Seriously, can someone explain wtf Chris Paul was doing on that play?

Because it looked alot like "I'm gonna travel toward my own basket and then throw the ball to an open Spurs player standing on the 3pt line".

But that can't be right, because he's one of the best point guards in the league... :facepalm

he received the pass running full speed in his half to their half meaning he was going to get a backcourt violation. instead of just taking the turnover or throwing it elsewhere, he threw it instinctively to the guy closest to him

tony is very underrated. he is possibly the best pnr pg in the league and has been for a while. or else he's second to nash depending on your criteria.. he's the best at scoring off the pnr though and it's not even close.

But everyone watched him in the playoffs, and he's still young so why wouldn't he be as good as he was before. His IQ has improved a bit but he's still the same player to watch.

He's playing at an MVP level, has been all season.

LeBron will win, but if anyone said they'd expect him to play like this before the season they'd be lying through their teeth.

i think injuries slowed him down a bit the last few years but the extra time off did him some good

When top Pgs are mentioned, ranked, argued. You mean to tell me Tony Parker is there amongst the arguments or is he left out and one of those throw in names "oh yeah player x and tony parker are good too". He's pretty underrated. But hey I'm all for talkin more Jeremy Lin, mentioning how good Rondo is, Nash being old but still effective, CP3 vs D-Will is you like.

You're speaking in terms of a Spurs fan, not so much one from the outside.
