He's 6'10 in shoes.. 6'8 and a half or so without shoes. Combine measured. Beats Elton Brand who was 6'8 in shoes lol.

6' 8 3/4" in his bare feet. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruMrq-1FSIw&feature=related#t=2m28s) Doesn't seem to hold him back any though.

It helps that 90 percent of NBA players are listed 1-2 inches more than their barefoot height and instead list their in shoes height because Blake is never in trouble with size. The only guys who have held Blake in check are smaller guys like Chuck Hayes.. or identical body types like Ryan Humphries. He does just fine vs bigger players.

Actually some players listed heights are without shoes
Dwade's 6'4.75 with shoes
Chris Bosh is 6'11.5 with shoes
RODRIGUE BEAUBOIS is 6'2.5 with shoes
Elton Brand is 6'9.5 with shoes

Lamarcus Aldridge did a good job on him. That guy's probably a legit 6'10", with some long arms. Chuck Hayes just harasses everyone down low. If he was Dwight's size, no one would ever score in the paint against the Rockets.

Aldridge did well on him 1 game. After the 4 game series sure the Blazers swept the Clips but Blake finished with +10 points +15 rebounds +10-15 assists last time I calculated it. Blake got the best of Aldridge in 3 of the 4 games including the first game of his career. I don't think in a series Aldridge would have the same success. Blazers sent a lot of help his way in the 4th matchup (more so than other games). Btw forgot to mention Dwight is the only guy bigger than Blake who actually did give him problems.. but to be fair to Blake.. Dwight had a second defender helping out at almost all times and Dwight is the 2 time defending DPOY.

maybe, maybe not.

Me and a buddy got into a heated exchange regarding his height. He says he is legit 6'10", I say he's closer to 6'8".

During the Spurs vs Clippers he was smaller than Dyess who is 6'9".

I don't believe all that draft measurement bs as there are always conflicting 3's, they swore Beasely was 6'10" and he looks 6'8" at the most.

the draft measurements were not the ones who were saying he was 6'10 they combine numbers were the ones that confirmed he was 6'8. The draft measurements are 100% accurate http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Michael-Beasley-605/

You just have to accept that camera angles are always skewed in games. Nothing is directly head on at the proper angle when viewing games. At the Raptors shoot around for example.. the Raptors announcers were on the court with him chatting with him I guess and they said "He's every bit a legit 6'10". Sometimes when I watch games and he's next to DeAndre Jordan who's 6'11-7'... I think he looks way shorter because of angle.. and other times he looks the same size. Same goes for weight. Some times when I watch the games Blake looks ripped and has broad shoulders.. and other games he looks lean. It's ALL in the cameras dude. Blake is a MEASURED 6'8.75 inches (about 6'9 without shoes) and 6'10 with shoes.

barely any players heights are exaggerated some listed heights are even lower than their actual heights but at most a player gets one inch in there height in shoes but most of the time it's the height with shoes rounded up.

Yes a half an inch is exaggerating. Otherwise it would be ok to say Blake Griffin is about 6'9 and a half..... instead of 6'9. Especially since people here are bickering over an inch half an inch would be a big deal. I disagree with you though that most players list their correct height. It's a trend in the NBA since the ABA days even to exaggerate. Most guys have their in shoes height listed.

Blake was just standing shoulder to shoulder with the supposed 6'10 Webber and was noticeably taller on Inside the NBA.

Webber was wearing a suit and probably dress shoes.
Blake was in practice gear and in nikes.

so fyi that could be the difference. but really who gives a shit if hes not 6'10" or not. hes definitely the protypical power forward in the league.

True and fair enough .:pimp: . I agree no matter what anyone says his build is perfect for the PF spot. 6'10 250+ pounds and very strong. Like Kenny Smith and others have said.. He's the PF prototype of the future. He's going to transcend the PF position.

NBA Players height are listed with shoes since the 1970's.

I dont think Lebron got that favor though or he has grown afterall being measured (6'7.25" and 6'8" with shoes) pre-draft at the age of 17-18.

Lebron is a legit 6'9" or even 6'9.5" with shoes right now, instead he is stuck being listed at the same height of Carmelo, Mike Miller and so on (6'8") despite being taller than any 6'8" guy in the league:

LeBron is NOT 6-9, once again you use ridiculous angles like the Boozer pic(Referring to LeBron 23).

That pic has actually a much worse camera angle. Lebron is the same exact size as Boozer (even in that pic, dont be fooled by the left side being as tall equally as the right side players of the picture). Tayshuan i can guarantee is an 1 inch taller than both Boozer & Lebron, Boozer is not as tall as Tayshuan (Tayshuan is a legit 6'9"-6'9.5" somewhere in shoes):

If Carmelo is 6'8" and Mike Miller is 6'8", Lebron is 6'9", thats all. Either that or Lebron is a legit 6'8" and Carmelo is a legit 6'7", however you want it?

Looking from this pic, either Magic was 6'8" or both of them are 6'9".

Melo and LeBron are odd, in some pics one looks taller than the other, or they look the same. I've seen enough pics of LeBron and T-Mac being the exact same height(T-Mac might actually be a little taller) to conclude he's 6-8.

Bird was also really about 6-10

You have to be extremely careful about angles and postures, case in point:

You also have to remember how young the dude is. He could still grow a few more inches and end up 7' with shoes on.

And who cares how tall these guys are barefoot? The don't play barefoot, so with shoes is all that matters!
