I hope so. We will see.
Congratulations to Jaylen Brown. Absolutely deserved the conference finals mvp trophy or whatever it's called.

Because the triangle was no longer feasible in the modern nba and in the time frame of his career he was far more successful than the triangle on all the teams that ran it combined.... lol

Congrats to the Celtics but this was one of the easiest paths to the finals in nba history
1st round: No Butler
2nd round: Mitchell out for half the series. No Jarrett Allen
ECF: No Haliburton for half the series. Injured in game 2.

I had an opportunity to see 90s MJs career.
It was not triangle offense that saved him or gave him 6 rings. That is just envious fans GOAT hating argument because their pre-madonna be it Kobe or LBJ or Wade choked more often than not.
MJ embraced Triangle offense just like He embraced UNCs 4 corner offense.
Both offenses resulted in...

THE IRON CLAW - 8/10
Holy shit this movie made me cry. Had to pause that shit to recoup. As an old-school wrestling fan, it was a decent story. A little perplexed as to why they left Chris Von Erich out of it.

You dummies don't get it - Lebron can't run the triangle because he lacks the skill to play that way, AND the triangle is a trash offense and massive embarrassment that everyone rejected, except MJ and his clone

Because HE TAKES THE HARDEST ****ING ROAD, ASSHOLE.
If he wanted to just win 'scheme titles' like MJ he could have persuaded the GOAT Coach to come and join him.
Lebron wanted to win by playing the best basketball, not having the best system.
****ing DEAL WITH IT BRO, BEFORE I KICK YOUR ****ING ASS

Phil was a 1st time nobody coach when MJ first won with him and the triangle is known as a joke offense that is universally rejected and an embarrassment everywhere outside of MJ and Kobe.. MJ made Phil and his trash offense famous.
Btw, once opponents woke up and the placebo effect ended in the 94' Playoffs, the "real" Bulls without MJ were...

Even if that were true, that doesn't change the fact Embiid's teams get lit up just as badly, while Embiid's offensive performance falls FAR short of Jokic's :lol

To me, my criticism of Embiid has mostly been his performance. I'm one of the few people who defends guys like Jerry West & McGrady from slander because most of the time, they actually played extremely well while notoriously losing 8/9 Finals and never getting out of the first round.
You're right, the haters wouldn't even stop after winning a...

Underrated? By whom? Broke into the house and stole a couple rings while MJ was whiffing at curveballs in the back yard. And for one of those ring heists he was a sidekick to OJ Simpson.
Agree with the rest tho. Great points.

I agree it sucks when guys are out. Tho at least if it's an injury, in the playoffs, youre still gonna get super high level basketball because stakes is high and everyone's playing their ass off and teams are game planning for opponents and such. In fact in a vacuum teams still generally play at the same level for a game or two with or without a...

Its all accidental basketball. Drive and kick to corner for a bail out when the defense collapses. If it doesnt collapse you try a floater.

I'm not sure DJ qualifies as a franchise player. Maybe for a couple seasons if that? If we're talking non franchise player I'd say another Dennis in Rodman also had a great start. Or Sam Jones.
