I'm saying the 3PT advantage itself isn't enough. They're not stopping the Lakers from scoring in the paint and they're not beating them on the boards. There's plenty of examples of great 3PT shooting teams losing in the Playoffs.
Warriors do not have the personnel to defend the Lakers. Lakers have the personnel to defend GS. Lakers have the...

Shaq isn't as bad as he used to be but is still annoying. His only legit contribution to the show is Shaqtin a fool.

We are not talking about the 2020 Lakers nor the 16 Cavs/Warriors.
The 17/18/19 Warriors beat all of those teams, especially the 17 Warriors.

The 00-02 Lakers have a better chance due to Shaq honestly than the 96-98 Bulls.
Playing in the late 90's "rules" still gives the Warriors an advantage because not only can they be more physical on defense (remember they were top 2 defense), but the Warriors can now OBLITERATE the shortened 3-point line.

Kabosu, the Shiba Inu dog that inspires "Doge" memes has passed away at a ripe old age of 18.

Without it there would not be Dogecoin and other shits. So, Rest In Power

The Lakers weren't attempting 5 3PA though. At least, not when it mattered the most - the playoffs.
'00 LAL: 15.4 3PA | .349%
'01 LAL: 15.9 3PA | .386%
'02 LAL: 18.0 3PA | .339%
The 2018 Rockets took the Warriors to 7 games and shot 31% from 3. I think it's a bit naive to think the Lakers wouldn't be able to post similar numbers. And...

Nah we're good on that. What they need to do is S&T Bran instead. It's time we got younger.

Yeah but I wouldn't defend a guy I like (LeBron obvious example) for pushing a guy in the air just because someone else does it. Gobert doesn't seem soft. For his size he restrains himself pretty well, unless it's against his own teammates as we can see here:
Seeing him really put those boxing skills to work would be amazing.
Was just...

I think the polls are correct - it's what is taken away from them that's important - the most important being the AVERAGE of SWING STATE polls (like Real Clear Politics average) - not the national polls which is more like the popular vote.
Regarding 2016, the average of the national polls were correct - Hillary did win the popular vote...

Absolutely not. Jaylen Brown to me is around top 50ish player level. About the same with Brandon Ingram.
But when you have really underpaid studs like Derrick White and Al Horford in your team, having an overpaid player like Brown hurts a lot less.

But what's the point in doing it now? We'll have to wait until Biden is no longer president. Just like Trump. He was indicted after his presidential term. But even if Biden gets trialed and convicted, he'll appeal the decision and win it. Oberheiden P.C., a law firm, says on its site that a person can appeal if legal errors were made during the...

They've already extended Holiday and Porzingis. Any team that has collected a great core is going to have to pay out a lot of money but so long as the Celtics ownership is willing to pay the bill (and they are) its not a problem.

Did you not notice the metric ton of ****ing up Irving did to make himself a nonmax player? You don't see how George and Leonard's injury history changes his value? Brown is starting his prime. Most of the guys you mention are in their thirties and have major problems. The Celtics with Brown have made the Conference finals almost every year and...

If reeves had put in the work like gobert has he might have good too. You dont over achieve without earning it. To say gobert wouldnt have been good in an era where post play dominated is short sighted. Only question would be rather his joints could handle playing with more weight
