Exactly.
He's in the 50/40/90 club as a shooter and dimes well too. That's extremely rare company.

Sure his otherwordly ballhandling is the basis for the rest.

So is his shooting. He's literally a 50/40/90 sniper club member with ~ 6 dimes a game at SG position. Your media takes don't line up with reality.

Lu Dort goin crazy too. The Thunder’s young talent is stupid stacked. If they could keep this whole roster together theyll just be a dynasty for the next 15 years :biggums:
The problem is gonna be paying everyone. The new CBA is designed to stop teams from doing it, and the Thunder especially as a small market team are likely gonna have some...

Kyrie is a good shooter no doubt, I just think the only skills he has that can be called among the best ever are his ball handling and finishing.

Rudy Gobert in the playoffs this season:
• 17 PPG
• 72.7 FG%(!)
• 86.4% FT%(!!!)
• +52 +/-
• Def Rating: 102.2
• Off Rating: 124
I'm confused though, how come the Suns aren't choosing to simply play him off the floor?

It's not only finishing though, Kyrie can kill you from 3, from midrange and at rim, he can catch and shoot, drive to hoop, drive and pop, has crazy hang time and timing.
I only think maybe peak Kobe has had that broad of a set of moves in the more recent era.

It's still kinda crazy to me what old Dwight did to Jokic.

Skilled is too broad. Kyries ball handling and finishing abilities are certainly all time elite.

Cavs have a nice team, but I'm unsure about Donovan Mitchell as their guy to push them into contention.
Also not a big fan of Garland, his offense doesn't make up for his small size on defense. They would be better off with a more traditional point guard to find Mobley and Allen more.

Yesterday one of the announcers mentioned how some people call Kyrie the most skilled player of all time.
I remember ISH not agreeing with me when I said Kyrie was the most skilled player I've seen since MJ.

Ant is a legit leader who actually shows up to play. Kyrie is a talented flake who has been a part time player for years. He might show up and play hard, which he has done lately, or he might ghost the team to go on a walkabout to find the edge of the earth.

I feel like these two teams are pretty equal. Magic have higher ceiling than Cavs but a lower floor. That's because they are highly dependant on making 3's as a team. I hope Magic make it to next round because they are more fun to watch. I really like Suggs. Also have a soft spot for Fultz(the player not the poster).

Wagner is a super efficient finisher. Contact doesn't bother him.
He has some of that Ginobili in his game, the use of tempo to get open. Mix of Detlef and Ginobili.

I dont think they need to trade anybody for now. Banchero and Wagner are a physically imposing duo and unselfish enough to play with each other. You can stagger their minutes as well. Isaac is showing some floor spacing ability at center, if they can get more shooting at guard I think theyll be in a good spot. I dont think it even has to be a top...

A win for Orlando is a win for defense. You got to love how the NBA has officiated the game after the disastrous All-Star game.

You’re taking a few leaps that I didn’t lead on to. I didn’t say Kyrie was a bad defender nor did I say he wasn’t competitive. However, Ant seems to have a level in him that Kyrie (and very very few people in general) have.
At 23 he’s the bonafide leader of a very good team. He has more oomph to his personality and his game translates in a lot...

Where does Orlando go with this team?
Keep Wagner and Banchero both? Trade Suggs? Trade Wagner?
Wagner and Banchero both seem to operate in the same space, but Wagner needs the ball more than Banchero. Someone said a trade for Trae Young? Do you send Wagner to Atlanta? The german to the jungle? Trae and Banchero and Suggs seems like a solid...
