Kings sign Courtney Alexander

The Sacramento Kings have signed free agent guard/forward Courtney Alexander to a one-year contract.
Alexander is 6-6 and 205 pounds. He was born in 1977 in Bridgeport, Connecticut and went to Fresno State. The Orlando Magic drafted him in the first round of the 2000 NBA Draft with the 13th overall pick.
He's played for the Mavericks, Wizards and Hornets and has a career average of 9.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists on 42.2% shooting in 21.8 minutes per game.
Injuries kept Alexander out of the 2003-04 season.
